KOTO is a not-for-profit, Vietnam's first registered social enterprising giving at-risk and disadvantaged youth vocational and life skill training. Established in 1999, KOTO stands for "Know One, Teach One," which reflects the philosophy of once helped, the person should pass on and help someone else.
